Oria Surv is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all payment transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for payments made through the TAP Payment Gateway, including Visa and Mastercard transactions.

By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Payment Method

  • All payments on Oria Surv are processed securely via the TAP Payment Gateway.
  • We accept payments through supported methods including Visa and Mastercard.
  • Oria Surv does not store or process card details directly.

2. Customer Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

Customers may cancel a booking before the scheduled service start time.

Upon cancellation:

  • A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • The remaining 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation charges are clearly displayed to the customer before confirmation.

3. Vendor Cancellations

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The customer is entitled to a full refund (100%).
  • No cancellation or processing fees will be applied.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Service Completion

Once a service has been successfully completed, refunds are not applicable.

Refunds after service completion will only be considered in cases of:

  • Verified service failure
  • Non-delivery of the booked service

All such cases are subject to internal review by Oria Surv.

5. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments

Refunds will be issued if:

  • A payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed.
  • A duplicate payment is made for the same booking.
  • A technical failure occurs during payment processing.

These refunds are processed after verification with the payment gateway.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.

Actual credit time may vary depending on:

  • Card issuer
  • Bank processing timelines

Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method (Visa/Mastercard).

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after the service has started.
  • Customer unavailability at the service location.
  • Incorrect address or booking details provided by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the service was delivered as described.

8. Policy Updates

  • Oria Surv reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
